About Dr. Miller
Dr. Miller is a general dentist with 35 plus years of experience. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1979 with a bachelors degree in chemistry. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from WVU in 1982. He established his practice in early 1983 and has been practicing in Blue Ridge since then. He practices dentistry for the entire family.
Dr Miller is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Piedmont Dental Society.
Dr. Miller enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking and many other things that southwestern Virginia offers. He also enjoys working on his property and keeping all the various pieces of equipment needed for that up and running.

Hi, My name is Tammy
I grew up in Blue Ridge. Working in the Dental field has been my passion for 26 years. I enjoy the connection with my patients that you have within a general dental practice like this one.
I strive to make you feel welcome and comfortable while here at our office. I will address your questions or concerns to the best of my ability. My goal is to work with the doctor to help you achieve a healthy smile.
I live in Blue Ridge. I am blessed with two children and three granddaughters. I enjoy working in my flower gardens and spending time with my family.

Our Services
Preventative Care
Preventative services are just that. they are designed to help avoid dental problems and if a problem arises, it can be detected at an early stage and be fixed more easily than an advanced problem.
All patients are encouraged to have regular preventative care and that schedule is customized to each individuals needs.
Services can include examinations, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants to prevent decay on back molars and home care instructions.
Restorative Care
Restorative services are to fix problems that have occurred with your teeth such as decay (cavities), failing fillings and wearing away or erosion of the teeth.
These problems can be fixed with amalgam (silver) or composite (white) fillings, crowns, bridges and implant restorations.
Dr Miller will determine what is best for your unique needs and discuss this with you.
Cosmetic Care
There are many options available today to improve the appearance of your teeth.
Veneers, crowns, bleaching and replacing discolored fillings are some of the options available.

Replacing missing teeth
There are several ways to replace missing teeth. It can include a removable appliance such as a partial denture, a fixed in place appliance such as a bridge and /or dental implants.
Oral Surgery
Dr Miller does extractions and some minor oral surgery procedures. More complex surgery procedures are generally referred to an oral surgeon.
